| We are delighted to be involved with Aegean Properties, a wholly Irish owned and operated company (who we have had dealings with here in Ireland) to offer the current phase of 570 holiday villas and apartments near Bodrum - a beautiful Turkish resort at the south of the country on the Aegean Sea. Flamingo Resort is approximately c.7 kilometres from the main airport
and 20 kilometres by dual carriageway from Bodrum. Apartment is 62 sq
metres, two bedroom. Each apartment is in a block of two with a shared
swimming pool, the villas have their own private swimming pool. PAYMENT SCHEDULE Developer requires a 10% deposit up front, followed closely by signing a contract with a further 30% paid at that stage.
